My practice relies on intuition and engagement with material. I work primarily with my hands, allowing the physical qualities of each material to guide the process. Focused on shape and form, I explore how new structures can emerge through making—often letting the work evolve organically in response to touch, texture, and spatial context. Through touch, repetition, and instinct, the pieces grow organically, forming abstract structures that feel as if they’ve been shaped by both the artist and the landscape around them. The series becomes a physical record of being present with a place: responding to its surfaces, absorbing its atmosphere, and letting its character guide the evolution of each work.
